What you will do
- Lead, train, and schedule field service personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage field service operations, including order processing, spare parts management, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and yearly audits of SEA distributors to ensure compliance and technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales, tender preparation, and process improvements.
- Ensure on-time closure of field safety corrective actions and maintain compliance with QMS and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent medical device background.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to travel within the SEA region as required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and Service Level Agreement management.
- Proven leadership skills to align team objectives with company KPIs.
