What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using the Decisions platform.
• Develop dynamic forms, business rules logic, and complex system integrations.
• Analyze current operational processes to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
• Perform unit and integration testing, deployment, and release validation.
• Collaborate with business lines to identify and implement core business workflows.
• Mentor other analysts by providing oversight of projects and day-to-day support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or 3-5 years of directly related experience in business process automation.
• Proven experience in workflow development, preferably with the Decisions platform.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Postman for testing, ORM Frameworks, and tiered environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
