TL;DR
Designer (Fintech): Creating and animating high-performance paid creative for acquisition channels with an accent on motion design and scalable systems. Focus on iterating based on performance data and implementing AI-native production workflows.
Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA, or Remote (US). Relocation support to NYC or SF available.
Salary: $112,000 – $154,000

What you will do
- Design and animate end-to-end paid creative for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
- Develop scalable design and motion systems to increase team production velocity.
- Concept hooks, headlines, and visual treatments that drive performance and acquisition.
- Partner with performance marketers and copywriters to iterate based on data.
- Build AI-native workflows, templates, and automations to expand production capabilities.
- Evolve the brand identity across growth marketing channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work for paid acquisition.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects).
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or Claude Code.
- Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks.
