What you will do

• Lead projects from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality design and brand consistency.
• Develop innovative 3D motion graphics for live shows, breaking news, and high-priority special projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and News leadership to align creative vision across all platforms.
• Act as a team lead, providing guidance and mentorship to other designers.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a high-pressure, 24/7 production environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in broadcast and/or digital news graphics.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D or Blender, and rendering tools like Redshift.
• Advanced skills in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and motion design (timing, easing, camera movement).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and AI-driven tools like Adobe Firefly.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, and be based in Miami, FL.
