What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, and data pipelines for a BI platform.
• Collaborate closely with a US-based customer to deliver innovative solutions for Managed Service Providers.
• Debug complex production issues across multiple levels of the stack and optimize system performance.
• Coach and review the work of other team members to maintain high engineering standards.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle within a Scrum-based environment.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python, Django, Celery, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL.
• English: Upper-intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Albania, Poland, Romania, Armenia, or Uzbekistan.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Web API, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis (broker and streams), Kafka, or SQS.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and GitLab pipelines.
• Experience with Single-Sign-On (SSO) modules.
• Familiarity with BI tools, data visualization platforms, and high-load distributed systems.
