What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend-centric systems using Golang within a microservices architecture.
• Build and scale APIs and backend services running on AWS and Docker.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with business, design, and product teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile processes and take ownership from design to deployment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend Golang development and designing scalable APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (Postgres, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Experience with Docker and AWS cloud services.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and containerized deployments.
