Location: Hybrid (Warsaw). Must visit the Warsaw office once a month.

What you will do

• Lead the backend development of software used by thousands of users.
• Build new functionalities based on medical market needs in Poland and globally.
• Make architectural and business decisions with high autonomy.
• Coordinate technical work and take ownership of project execution and team outcomes.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on web applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
• Ability to use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate development and debugging.
• English: B2+ (spoken and written).
• Must be able to visit the Warsaw office once a month.
