What you will do

• Translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate results to senior leadership via clear reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to design and execute promotional campaigns and drive incremental ROI.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to measure incrementality across promotions and customer touchpoints.
• Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards to support core business functions.
• Use exploratory data analysis and market/competitive signals to identify new loyalty, retention, and commercial opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and apply analytical modeling techniques to measure incrementality for key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a data analytics role (preferably in a tech company).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses and measure success.
• Expert in SQL; BigQuery experience is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or Microstrategy.
• Advanced English (written and oral).
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
