TL;DR

What you will do

  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 support.
  • Diagnose and investigate advanced hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement long-term system solutions.
  • Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 support specialists.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the evaluation and testing of new technologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and 3-5 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing operating systems and network connectivity issues.
