What you will do

• Coordinate and prepare chemical formulations following Batch Production Records (BPRs), SOPs, and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while reporting malfunctions via established policies.
• Evaluate reagents, raw materials, and in-process components through visual and performance testing.
• Record labor and material data accurately within the SAP inventory control system.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and resolve issues.
• Assist in writing validation protocols and conducting nonconformance or deviation investigations.

Requirements

• BS in chemistry, biochemistry, or an equivalent degree.
• 1 to 3 years of applicable working experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bethlehem, PA.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for general equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in using calculators, balances, and various measuring equipment.
• Basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
