What you will do

  • Own work across multiple client engagements throughout the year.
  • Communicate audit issues that arise during engagements with support from the engagement manager.
  • Contribute to audit strategy development from planning through reporting.
  • Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
  • Draft financials and report audit findings (verbal and written).
  • Support remote-first operations and paperless workflows using digital collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in public accounting working with clients across various industries.
  • Licensed CPA or in the process of obtaining the CPA.
  • Experience auditing complex accounts such as inventory, revenue, and equity/stock options.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information, synthesize research into actionable deliverables, and understand client needs to identify root causes and implement pragmatic solutions.
