Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (minimum 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Run discovery for product areas by talking to customers, digging into problems, and mapping workflows.
• Own user flows, interactions, and interfaces from the first discovery phase through to the shipped product.
• Design powerful, clear, and simple workflows tailored for expert users performing complex tasks.
• Collaborate hands-on with engineers and PMs throughout the entire build process.
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude Code, to design, prototype, and iterate rapidly.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and overall product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with the seniority to own complex work end-to-end.
• A portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, polished UI, and real business outcomes.
• Ability to move fluidly between discovery, rough prototyping, and high-fidelity execution.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office (minimum 3 days per week).
• AI-native approach to design with experience using tools like Claude Code.
• Strong proficiency across UX, interaction, information architecture, and visual design.
