What you will do

• Lead strategic design explorations to define product visions, value propositions, and user experiences.
• Refine and elevate the brand toward a more premium and confident expression.
• Translate research, insights, and data into clear, actionable design directions.
• Create visual narratives and prototypes, from storyboards and presentations to concept sketches and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and engineering to align intent with strategic goals.
• Facilitate workshops and identify unmet market needs to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in design strategy, preferably in automotive, luxury, fashion, gaming, or tech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual aesthetics and storytelling across CGI, film, stills, and motion.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Blender, VRED, or Keyshot.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gothenburg, Sweden.
• Valid driver's license.
