What you will do

• Analyze and implement business processes in scalable software solutions.
• Integrate various IDM applications into a heterogeneous IT landscape focusing on automation, security, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze and resolve complex application errors.
• Create and manage database schemas for user information and access policies.
• Monitor and ensure security and data privacy compliance according to industry standards.
• Specify technical requirements collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, IT apprenticeship, or comparable qualification.
• Good knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and Groovy.
• Experience developing secure, reliable software handling large data volumes.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and API design patterns.
• Strong database skills including schema design and optimized SQL queries.
• Ability to diagnose application, system, and performance issues.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Fluent in both German and English.
