Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania). Must be based in the EU for the majority of the year, with a workation policy allowing up to 90 days outside the office and 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: €53,900 – €72,900 EUR

What you will do

• Build insights and analyses on the competitive landscape using internal and external market data.
• Develop expertise in classifieds and re-commerce to advise on strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketplace Strategy & Planning teams on high-impact strategic projects.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and data products to monitor market performance.
• Define data requirements and investigate root causes for performance discrepancies.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring workflows and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Decision Scientist, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a strategic data-heavy role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting complex topics to stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, high-stakes environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
