What you will do

• Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper-personalization at scale.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to improve the quality and usability of customer data for growth use cases.
• Build "Test & Learn" workflows to launch and iterate on regional pilots rapidly.
• Own the logic for real-time content assembly based on user local context and behavior.
• Act as an internal AI subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with experience in customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Hightouch and connecting them to AI layers.
• Ability to design automated workflows that bridge global tools and local needs.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (hybrid)
