TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and test regional-specific incentive structures, including cashback, points, and gamification, based on local consumer behavior.
  • Audit existing loyalty frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural expectations.
  • Track "Wallet Share" against local competitors and adjust incentive density to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize AI modeling to identify at-risk customer segments in specific markets and deploy preemptive incentive offers.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of behavioral economics and how incentive psychology varies by culture.
  • Ability to manage promo budgets and "burn rates" across different currencies and margin profiles.
  • Proficiency in using AI for churn prediction and automated incentive optimization.
  • Experience working with local vendors for regionalized reward fulfillment.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
