What you will do

• Improve and maintain legal operations processes including contract intake and document management.
• Identify repetitive administrative tasks and implement smarter, AI-enabled workflows.
• Use AI tools to support legal research, document review, and internal guidance.
• Assist with first drafts on consumer law, privacy, marketing, and supplier contracts.
• Respond to recurring legal questions from the business.
• Maintain GDPR and compliance trackers and policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam and available for up to 24 hours per week for at least 6 months.
• Currently completing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, or legal tech with practical examples of use.
• Ability to use AI critically and responsibly with confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Previous experience with no-code tools or workflow automation.
