What you will do
- Own and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.
- Manage ongoing client communication to provide status updates, manage expectations, and ensure project achievement.
- Provide account service support, including handling invoicing questions and researching client requests.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, P&L, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Create, negotiate, and close agreements to acquire new partnerships and increase revenue.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio to drive growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account or partnerships management experience within a gamedev company.
- Four-year university degree.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within High-tech or Gamedev.
- Ability to identify, clarify, and prioritize key issues with professionalism and tact.
- Outstanding organizational skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia for hybrid work.
