What you will do

• Collaborate with system engineers and architects to translate requirements into software test plans.
• Execute V&V activities for complete vehicle functions using HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and physical Vehicle testing.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, build failures, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Analyze fault logs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SWC issues.
• Design and develop application functionality and algorithms using C, C++, or Simulink.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Docker.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gothenburg, Sweden
• 5+ years of experience in system and functional testing (Inverters, Steering, Braking, etc.) within the automotive industry.
• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive electronics, or an equivalent field.
• Expert proficiency with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL) and INCA.
• Strong command of in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and UDS diagnostics.
• Deep expertise in AUTOSAR architecture, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 standards.

Nice to have

• T2 or T3 Driving permit.
• Experience with the dSpace HiL toolchain.
