• Drive and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market.
• Manage the entire program lifecycle from product ideation to end-of-life.

• Track progress and identify resource or knowledge gaps to ensure project success.
• Act as a conduit for global information to support local business teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field.
• 3-5+ years of direct product development experience within a consumer products company.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including experience addressing executive management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to cultivate and lead high-performing teams with a strong bias for action.
