TL;DR
Product UI/UX Director (Gamedev): Defining and leading UI/UX for new and live mobile game projects with an accent on strategic direction, quality ownership, and growth opportunities through interface improvements. Location: Worldwide Remote. Relocation support available for Georgia and Cyprus.

What you will do
- Lead UI/UX for new games from pre-production through to release.
- Own UI/UX quality and define strategic design direction for live projects.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate concepts and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
- Analyze interaction funnels using product analytics to drive UI/UX improvements.
- Plan and execute UX research to enhance product experience and track market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Portfolio featuring shipped mobile F2P titles.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with UX metrics/funnels.
- Ability to align design decisions with product goals, metrics, and engineering constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
