• Facilitate innovation workshops with both internal and external partners.
• Bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and practical implementation.
• Manage team wellbeing, individual development, and resource planning.
• Define strategic direction and oversee competence development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and coaching people.
• Solid understanding of modern software practices.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
• Relevant professional or postgraduate qualifications.
