What you will do
- Lead the response to global regulatory changes and legal requirements across the subscription business.
- Translate complex regulatory needs into practical, scalable system solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to deliver compliant and commercially viable changes.
- Maintain and evolve the roadmap for subscription tooling, targeting, and experimentation capabilities.
- Identify and resolve gaps between system design and day-to-day operational execution.
- Manage significant customer issues and escalations, ensuring coordinated action across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, product, or regulatory roles within a digital or technology-led environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex requests.
- Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders and translate needs into actionable delivery.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to rally teams behind initiatives.
- Tenacity to understand the underlying technology and business constraints to make informed recommendations.
