What you will do

• Lead the response to global regulatory changes and legal requirements across the subscription business.
• Translate complex regulatory needs into practical, scalable system solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to deliver compliant and commercially viable changes.
• Maintain and evolve the roadmap for subscription tooling, targeting, and experimentation capabilities.
• Identify and resolve gaps between system design and day-to-day operational execution.
• Manage significant customer issues and escalations, ensuring coordinated action across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, product, or regulatory roles within a digital or technology-led environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex requests.
• Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders and translate needs into actionable delivery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to rally teams behind initiatives.
