What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision for the autopilot in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional epics and initiatives to deliver complete user value.
• Conduct grooming sessions and maintain high-quality requirements documentation in Jira.
• Coordinate integration activities across autopilot subsystems and manage dependencies.
• Define test scenarios and success criteria for new capabilities.
• Identify technical and product-related risks and facilitate decision-making regarding trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with technically complex hardware-software systems.
• Must be located in Kyiv.
• Fluency in English.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to decompose complex problems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of automatic control systems or embedded systems.
• Experience with autopilot platforms such as ArduPilot or PX4.
• Experience in projects involving simulation, navigation, or robotics.
• Experience supporting flight testing activities.
