What you will do

• Initiate and deliver change projects end-to-end, includhirify.global business cases, governance, and risk management.
• Turn high-level strategy into concrete roadmaps and execution plans.
• Structure complex portfolios into clear priorities and drive predictability through reporthirify.global.
• Partner effectively across business, technology, and operations departments.
• Steer transitions and manage interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulthirify.global and change management.
• Proven track record in bankhirify.global or other highly regulated environments.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in structurhirify.global stories and steerhirify.global decisions ushirify.global PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work 36 or 40 hours per week.
