Transformation Management Consultant (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks based on client context.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to ensure sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management consulting or a transformation role.
• Experience working in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, or asset management).
• Fluency in English and Dutch language skills (Mandatory).
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorization).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks (Kotter, ADKAR) and PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management).
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
