What you will do

• Execute transformation projects to improve client efficiency, strategy, and risk management.
• Perform complex analyses to identify issues and create actionable solutions.
• Implement methodological concepts and tools within client organizations.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the financial services domain.
• Guide and mentor other consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory).
• Deep knowledge of financial products, trends, and strategic/operational processes.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI topics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams.
