What you will do

• Manage the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee executive and detailed plant design according to contractual and regulatory specifications.
• Lead technical communication with customers, consortium partners, and authorities.
• Drive concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with discipline engineering teams.
• Define purchase specifications for plant components based on company standards.
• Prepare and update design spreadsheets and technical calculations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
• Italian: C1+ proficiency required.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor.
