What you will do

• Design conceptual models, workflows, and information architecture across B2B and B2C platforms.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, holistic product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure design quality and feasibility.
• Utilize research, experimentation, and product analytics to shape design decisions and measure outcomes.
• Build interactive prototypes to explore directions and validate them with real users.
• Define and maintain shared styles, patterns, and components with the design team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer for digital products.
• Proven experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and modern prototyping tools.
• Working knowledge of iOS HIG, Material Design, and current web patterns.
• Conversational German and working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria.
