What you will do

• Build and scale backend services for customer onboarding and tenant management.
• Automate manual steps in the onboarding process to make POV smoother and faster.
• Decouple downstream systems from the onboarding pipeline.
• Work across APIs, backend services, and data workflows to solve large-scale provisioning challenges.
• Collaborate with distributed teams using asynchronous and written communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 1+ years of hands-on backend development using Python or Golang in cloud-native environments.
• Solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
• Experience building and operating features and components from scratch.
• Must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with AWS services and deployment practices.
