Location: Must be based in Japan (Tokyo preferred).

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle in Japan, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and closing.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share in Japanese.
- Educate and consult Japanese business owners on growth strategies within the fitness and wellness industry.
- Manage sales activities and pipeline data within HubSpot.
- Act as the voice of the Japanese market to help shape product and go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate with the broader APAC sales team and report to the Director of Sales, APAC.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Japan.
- 3+ years of closing experience in software or SaaS sales.
- 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses, preferably in Japan.
- 1+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including outbound prospecting.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, etiquette, and market dynamics.
Nice to have
- Experience working in early-stage startups or as a first sales hire.
- Existing network of contacts in the Japanese fitness or wellness industry.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
