What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Develop short-term and long-term delivery plans and define project priorities.
• Coordinate daily activities with teams and manage communication via status reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, presenting updates on milestones and budgets to stakeholders.
• Drive internal and external process improvements and design new processes from scratch.
• Mentor team members on project management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
