What you will do

• Partner with senior Consumer Beauty leaders to define and deliver a strategic people agenda.
• Lead organizational design initiatives and restructuring aligned with business priorities and TOM evolution.
• Drive end-to-end talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and development.
• Act as a senior advisor on complex employee relations and manage Works Council engagement.
• Provide data-driven insights to support workforce and organizational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure seamless HR model delivery.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, transformation, and change management.
• Experience working with Works Councils and European labor relations frameworks.
• Strong ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Data-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
• Ability to operate at pace and manage high levels of complexity.
