What you will do

• Lead the implementation and operation of the Tony’s Open Chain certification scheme to ensure it is robust and credible.
• Translate complex sourcing principles into clear, structured, and auditable standards and SOPs aligned with ISO frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end certification lifecycle, including the preparation and execution of audit cycles with external bodies.
• Establish and coordinate the Internal Audit Program, including auditor training and non-conformity management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, partner cooperatives, and mission allies to embed standards across teams.
• Monitor and translate regulatory developments (ISO, ISEAL, EU EmpCo Directive) into practical operational updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in certification, standards, compliance, or auditing environments.
• Experience with ISO frameworks (ISO 17065, 17029, 22000) and/or ISEAL standards-setting code.
• Proven experience in implementing management systems, standards, or certification frameworks.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in building SOPs, policies, and structured documentation systems.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.
