What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists, providing regular feedback.
• Ensure all assets meet the specific artistic and technical requirements of AAA partners.
• Develop and optimize efficient modeling and texturing workflows (PBR).
• Manage the distribution of tasks within the team and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Technical Artists, and Project Managers to identify and solve production bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical briefs, style guides, and best-practice documentation for the props department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game art, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level skill in creating high-quality hard-surface and organic props.
• Expert knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, as well as ZBrush and the Substance Suite (Painter/Designer).
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) or proprietary AAA engines.
• Complete mastery of PBR workflows, UV optimization, baking, and LOD management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
