What you will do

• Oversee the overall testing status of EVA25 programs.
• Ensure consistent adherence to established testing processes and guidelines.
• Drive and prioritize actions and process changes based on clear KPIs.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and update issue registers and tracking systems with high accuracy and rigour.
• Facilitate regular issue review meetings to ensure clear ownership and timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software and systems testing processes and tools.
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, specifically regarding testing.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics and KPI dashboards.
• Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
• Valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Understanding of JIRA.
• Understanding of Tableau.
