What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Tech Leads to design for quality and prevent defects early in the lifecycle.
• Review and maintain test coverage across unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end layers.
• Lead initiatives for quality tooling, test data management, performance, and security testing.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive testing strategies for new features and system enhancements.
• Coach and mentor QA and engineering team members on quality practices and design thinking.
• Own and report on quality metrics to drive measurable improvements in release cycles and system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or related engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in C#, Playwright, Cypress, and Postman.
• Proven experience in setting up and amending CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in test strategy, automation, and quality engineering for complex systems.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Experience with pair programming.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional testing certifications.
