What you will do

• Provide functional consulting and implementation services for clients and users.
• Collaborate with clients to transform business requirements into effective SAP HCM solutions for payroll implementations.
• Work with technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM systems.
• Participate in all project phases: specifications, analysis, parameterization, development, and testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Specific experience working with ES (Spanish) payroll.
• English: C1+ (Full proficiency) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with EC, ECP, and PCC.
• SAP HCM certifications.
