What you will do

• Lead global commercial and strategic direction for Flash Systems product portfolios.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and market validation through launch and end-of-life.
• Set and maintain global pricing guidance based on market value, cost, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of new innovations.
• Manage annual operating plan (AOP) objectives, including revenue, margin, and EBIT targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the Food/Beverage Packaging industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in physics, chemistry, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for professional communication and reporting.
• Location: Ability to work from the Cambridge, UK office.
