What you will do

• Execute key EHS processes such as Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Management.
• Provide high-quality EHS advice and support technical competence areas including Laser Safety, Electrical Safety, and Radiation.
• Support EHS data collection, ensure data completeness, and use reporting dashboards.
• Contribute to improving the EHS culture within the factory and support sector-wide initiatives.
• Work under supervision and follow operational plans and procedures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan
• Bachelor degree or theoretical knowledge in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to work in a dynamic operational business environment with customer focus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Drive results to ensure EHS improvements at own location.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations is required prior to starting work.
