What you will do

• Build reference architectures and production-grade MVPs for strategic customer engagements.
• Guide customers through transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
• Consult on system architecture and design to drive the adoption of the hirify.global platform.
• Deliver end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI applications.
• Provide high-level technical support for operational issues and share product feedback with internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to ensure successful technical delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes.
• Proven experience in customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in writing code with Python or Scala.
• Strong technical project delivery skills, including scope and timeline management.
• Excellent documentation and white-boarding capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 20-30% of the time.
