What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI platform roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives and technology vision.
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI systems, including LLMs, transformer models, and multimodal solutions.
• Oversee the full AI lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and scale AI infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using distributed computing with GPUs and TPUs.
• Implement robust MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary AI organization consisting of ML engineers and data specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science with production-grade system delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing AI/ML or data science engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT, T5), LLMs, and multimodal AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Proven experience scaling enterprise-grade AI platforms in production environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
