What you will do

• Develop and scale full-stack applications from scratch for various startup clients.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Implement robust server-side logic using Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate directly with technical clients to discuss business requirements and justify architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven commercial experience with React.js and at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or Ruby).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency for effective business communication and client calls.
• Strong self-organizational skills for full-time remote work without supervision.

Nice to have

• Expertise in TypeScript and Supabase.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and AI agent architecture.
