What you will do

• Design and maintain high-throughput Java backend services and scalable React frontend applications.
• Modernize infrastructure and optimize web performance for seamless user experiences.
• Develop robust unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks to ensure high code quality.
• Establish unified docs-as-code standards across engineering repositories.
• Utilize AI development tools to automate processes and enhance coding efficiency.
• Lead technical discussions and represent the customer perspective in product development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Senior Fullstack developer.
• 5+ years of experience with Java and 4+ years of experience with React.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design and algorithms.
• Experience with Kafka for asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Python and Golang.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven development workflows.
• Background in high-load system architecture.
