What you will do

• Lead and manage audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across industries including healthcare, real estate, tech, and manufacturing.
• Prepare financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP and GAGAS standards.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and individuals.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff and seniors, providing technical training and professional development.
• Identify business development opportunities and serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of clients.
• Evaluate internal controls and contribute to the firm's Quality Control system and process improvements.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required.
• 15+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and tax law.
• Proficiency in CCH ProSystem fx, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, and MS Office/Excel.
• Must be able to work on-site in Fair Lawn, NJ.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.
