What you will do

• Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements, including risk assessment and audit strategy.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate engagement team members.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicate audit findings, issues, and recommendations to clients and firm leadership.
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be based in Cincinnati, OH for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex or multi-location audit engagements.
• Prior experience managing public company or regulated industry audits.
