hirify.global (Labrynth) builds AI-powered platforms that streamline regulatory complexity and generate audit-level documentation for heavily regulated industries.

What you will do

  • Own the health, reliability, and evolution of the platform across backend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
  • Make critical architectural and technology decisions, evaluating tradeoffs to ensure long-term scalability.
  • Mentor the engineering team through code reviews, technical guidance, and setting high quality standards.
  • Build and deploy production services on GCP and AWS.
  • Design and maintain APIs serving both internal systems and client-facing products.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to translate regulatory problems into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills.
  • Proven experience owning and operating production systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with AI/LLM systems (RAG, agent pipelines, document processing).
  • Proficiency with Django or FastAPI, Celery, and Redis.
  • Comfort working across the stack, including backend and infrastructure.
  • Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Neo4j and knowledge graph systems.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent AI architectures and LLM orchestration.
  • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
  • Industry experience in energy, defense, healthcare, or finance.
  • Experience with observability tooling like OpenTelemetry or Logfire.
