What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture for agentic AI systems that scale across multiple product surfaces.
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex features, balancing velocity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews to keep systems robust, extensible, and secure.
• Integrate GenAI agents with traditional ML systems (classification, recommendation, optimization) to create hybrid intelligent workflows.
• Establish best practices for testing, observability, deployment, and performance monitoring for AI-driven features.
• Mentor engineers and drive improvements by identifying product and infrastructure bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience, including leading projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship complex production-grade systems.
• Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI architectures.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with broad ownership.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and shaping team practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
