Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for assigned music industry clients.
• Review bookkeeping, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives.
• Prepare financial reports, Excel schedules, and assist with 1099 forms.
• Coordinate with the tax team regarding planning and compliance matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business management or accounting.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Los Angeles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software (AgilLink or QuickBooks).
• Experience with 1099 form preparation and financial workflow management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
